Privacy Policy

Introduction
Seay Payments, LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website seaypayments.com (the "Site") and interact with our services as an Independent Sales Organization for Greencard Payments.
Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site includes:
Personal Data: When you book a demo or contact us, we may collect personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, and business name. This information is used solely to facilitate communication and provide our services.
Automatically Collected Information: We do not run analytics software, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this Site. Our hosting provider records standard web server logs for every request, which include the page requested, the referring URL, browser type, and country. That record is a byproduct of serving the page, is aggregated, is not tied to a cookie or device identifier, and is not used to identify you or to build advertising audiences.
Use of Your Information
We use the limited information described above only for the purposes listed below. We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise make your personal information available to any party for their own marketing purposes, and we do not use it to build or enrich advertising audiences.
Specifically, we may use information collected via the Site to:
- Communicate with you about a demo you have booked or an inquiry you have sent
- Fulfill and manage your request for a demo
- Resolve disputes and troubleshoot issues
- Comply with our legal and record-keeping obligations
What Happens When You Book a Demo
Booking a demo is the only action on this Site that involves your personal information, so it is worth describing precisely.
The booking button takes you to a third-party scheduling service operated by our payment partner. The information you enter there — typically your name, business name, an email address or phone number, and the time slot you select — is entered directly into that service, not into a form hosted on this Site. We then receive that booking record so that the demo can actually take place.
Why that information is shared, and what it is not used for. Only the information relevant to holding the appointment is involved, and it moves for one reason: so that the person running your demo has a calendar that reflects reality, and so that your time is not wasted on a meeting nobody was expecting. Your booking information is not sold, rented, or licensed to anyone. It is not shared with data brokers or list vendors. It is not used to build advertising audiences, and it does not add you to a marketing list, a newsletter, or an automated follow-up sequence.
If the demo is not a fit, the conversation ends there. There is no drip campaign behind it.
The scheduling service and our payment partner each operate under their own privacy policies, which govern how they handle information once it reaches them. We recommend reviewing those policies. If you would prefer not to use the scheduling service at all, you can reach us directly at seaypaymentsllc@gmail.com and we will arrange the introduction by email instead.
Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it for any party’s independent marketing or data-resale purposes. We share it with third parties only in the following circumstances:
- Demo scheduling and delivery: Greencard Payments and the scheduling service that operates the booking calendar, so that a demo you requested can be scheduled and held. See the section above for what this does and does not involve.
- Service Providers: Vendors who assist us in operating the Site, such as our hosting provider
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to comply with legal process
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not load third-party tracking pixels. We do not run Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager on this Site.
Traffic is measured by our hosting provider using standard web server logs, which record information such as the page requested, referring URL, browser type, and country. This measurement is aggregated, is not tied to a cookie or a device identifier, and is not used to build advertising audiences.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect this Site’s functionality.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. Information collected from demo booking inquiries is retained for:
- Demo booking data: 24 months after last contact
- Direct email or phone correspondence: 24 months after last contact, or sooner on request
- Aggregated server-log traffic data: 30 days
- Legal/compliance records: 7 years (per payment industry standards)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correct: Request correction of inaccurate information
- Delete: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal requirements)
- Opt-out: Ask us to stop contacting you at any time. We do not operate a marketing list or newsletter, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.

We use third-party services that may collect information:

- Zoho Bookings: Manages demo scheduling when you book a demo
- Font services (Google Fonts): Serves website typography
These services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them.
